單缸液壓圓錐破碎機工作原理
電機帶動(dòng)破碎機的小齒輪，小齒輪帶動(dòng)大齒輪，大齒輪組件(大齒輪、大齒輪架、偏心鋼套)帶動(dòng)偏心套組件(偏心缸套、偏心銅套)和主軸組件(主軸、內錐、內錐襯板)以理論垂直線(xiàn)為中心，在銅襯套內公轉，主軸組件在偏心銅套內以主軸的中心線(xiàn)可以實(shí)現自轉?？諜C運行的時(shí)候，偏心套組件“抱著(zhù)”主軸組件和隨大齒輪一同公轉，當物料加入到破碎腔后，主軸總成(主軸、內錐)在物料的阻力下在偏心銅套內緩慢的自轉。內錐的運行軌跡看起來(lái)是在破碎腔內來(lái)回擺動(dòng)，同時(shí)緩慢的旋轉。物料被擺動(dòng)的內錐擠壓破碎。支撐套與架體連接處靠液壓缸壓緊，當破碎機內落入金屬塊等不可破碎物體時(shí)，單缸的動(dòng)錐由底部液壓活塞托起，起到排放口調整和過(guò)鐵保護、反復起落排除堵礦的作用。
出料口大小的調整：底部液壓缸的第一個(gè)功能在于調節主軸的上下位置，從而調節動(dòng)錐和外錐襯板之間的間距。這個(gè)間距變小了，破碎機的出料粒度就小;這個(gè)間距變大了，破碎機的出料粒度就大。同時(shí)，選用不同的破碎腔型，選用不同的偏心套也能夠改變物料的出料大小。

Working Principle
When a CH Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher works, driven by the motor, the transmission shaft rotates under the action of belt pulley and triangular belt. Next, the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to make it rotate around the axis. Meanwhile, the eccentric sleeve forces the movable cone to do pendular movement. This movement makes the movable cone and fixed cone sometimes close to, sometimes far away from the rolling wall. Materials are continuously shocked, squeezed and crushed in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling wall. Finally, materials are discharged out of the machine when their fineness reaches the discharging standard.
